Hello! My name is Elvina, and since you're here, maybe we'll soon be working together. Let me tell you a little about myself, so you know who you'd be trusting with your body and your time.

I've been a trainer and coach since 2015 — over ten years in the profession. In that time hundreds of people from all over the world have trained with me: some taking their very first steps, others preparing for competition. And honestly, I still light up every time someone decides to begin.

A lot is close to my heart: fitness, CrossFit, TRX, Pilates, yoga, bodybuilding, powerlifting, weightlifting and nutrition. I've competed myself, in running, powerlifting and CrossFit, so I know the sport from the inside — and I know first-hand how hard it can be to start and how easily you can burn out. I always build the programme around you, never force you into a template.

My background is in pharmacy, so anatomy and physiology aren't just buzzwords to me: I understand how the body responds to load at the level of real processes, not guesswork. I also work with myofascial release (MFR) techniques that ease tension, restore mobility and speed up recovery.

But what truly matters to me is that you feel good along the way. I don't believe in grinding you into the ground — I believe in deliberate, safe and gentle work toward your goal, with someone beside you who genuinely cares about your result, your body and your pace. I promise: it won't be easy, but it will always be kind — and something you actually enjoy.
